Ten years and nearly 400 Movie Poster of the Week posts later and the task of selecting the best movie posters of the decade has not got any easier. Granted, I have been looking at movie posters assiduously in the interim and I have a better sense of what I like, but ten years of writing about movie posters new and old as well selecting posters for Movie Poster of the Day on Tumblr (since 2011) and now Instagram (since 2018), means that I have seen, and written about, an awful lot of good movie posters, and that paring those down to just ten seems a fool’s errand.
