That incredible Ben Gordon tale at THE PLAYERS TRIBUNE led me to discover that another former Bull had written a story about his own travails just a couple of weeks earlier: Eddy Curry.

Weird timing… something in the air about former Chicago players, I guess. Eddy was the big, young center who never lived up to his promise and eventually became the butt of endless jokes… before personal tragedy struck him. This is a really moving and beautiful piece. And it ends on a supremely positive note.
